Because many of our users are parents registering on behalf of children, we take the handling of children's information especially seriously.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password, provided when you create a parent, academy, or coach account.
  • Child/player information: when a parent or guardian enrolls a child, we collect details such as the child's name, date of birth, and program preferences, provided directly by the parent or guardian.
  • Academy information: program details, pricing, staff details, and media uploaded by academies for their listings.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, searches performed, and interactions with the Platform, collected automatically to help us operate and improve the service.
  • Device and log information: IP address, browser type, and similar technical data collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate the marketplace — matching parents with relevant academies and programs;
  • Process trial-session bookings and enrollment requests;
  • Communicate with you about your account, bookings, and platform updates;
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of the Platform, including preventing fraud and abuse;
  • Improve our products and understand how the Platform is used; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Children's Information

Our accounts are created and managed by adults (parents, guardians, or academy staff), not by children directly. Information about a child is provided to us by their parent or guardian, who is responsible for its accuracy. We limit the use of children's information to operating the marketplace — connecting the child's family with the academies they choose — and do not use it for advertising to children.

Parents and guardians may request that we correct or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us using the details below.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Platform:

  • With academies: when you book a trial or express interest in a program, we share the relevant contact and child details with that academy so it can respond to you.
  • With service providers: companies that help us run the Platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or to protect the safety of a child or other user.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and booking information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Access, update, or correct your account and your child's information from your dashboard or by contacting us;
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data;
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time; and
  • Ask us what information we hold about you.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls and encrypted connections — to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure the data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
