Welcome to KoraHub360 ("KoraHub360", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KoraHub360 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What KoraHub360 Is

KoraHub360 is a marketplace that helps parents and guardians discover, compare, and connect with football academies and clubs in Saudi Arabia. Academies list their programs, pricing, and schedules; parents browse, compare, and book trial sessions or enroll their children directly with the academy of their choice.

KoraHub360 does not itself provide football coaching, training, or academy services. Each academy listed on the Platform is an independent business responsible for its own programs, staff, facilities, and compliance with applicable licensing and child-safety requirements.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Parent/guardian accounts are intended for adults registering on behalf of their children. By enrolling a child through the Platform, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the authority to act on their behalf.

3. Academy Listings and Content

Academies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including program descriptions, pricing, schedules, coach qualifications, and media. KoraHub360 reviews listings for quality and policy compliance but does not guarantee the accuracy of academy-provided content and is not a party to any agreement between a parent and an academy.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Where the Platform facilitates trial-session bookings or enrollment requests, the resulting arrangement is between the parent/guardian and the academy. Pricing, refund, and cancellation terms are set by each academy and should be confirmed directly with them before booking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information about yourself, your child, or an academy;
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or endanger any child, parent, coach, or academy;
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization;
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission; or
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Child Safety

Protecting children is central to how we operate the Platform. We ask all users — parents, academies, and staff — to report any conduct that raises a child-safety concern. We may suspend or remove accounts, listings, or content that we reasonably believe puts a child at risk, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by KoraHub360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Academies retain ownership of the content they upload but grant KoraHub360 a license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." KoraHub360 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or safety of any academy's programs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoraHub360's liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to KoraHub360 directly for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or conduct that endangers other users, at our reasonable discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
